You are solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) you upload. SDS Manager does not verify or audit the content of your documents. It is your duty to ensure that the digital record matches the physical chemicals present at your facility.
Our QR system provides a direct link to your documentation. While the system allows for file updates without changing physical labels, it is the User's responsibility to verify that the linked document is correct after any "Replace" action.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SDS MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SAFETY INCIDENTS, REGULATORY FINES (HSE), OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR RELIANCE ON OUTDATED DOCUMENTATION.
